The equipment perforate the thin steel sheet by needles
The equipment fills active material which is the main material of batteries into the pocket made by thin steel tape. The filled thing is called a tube.
The equipment assembles and presses tubes together made by briquette machine, and shape these into required thickness. Thereafter, this equipment cut the plate into required shape.
Current collectors (frame post and plate tab) are assembled and welded together into plate frame automatically. Electrode is inserted in the plate frame and fixed by punch of mechanical press.
